I was introduced to Bob’s circuit training and running sessions by my sister Lisa, and I attended regularly for many years. Even though I’m not a natural sports person, it didn’t put Bob off helping me to improve my running much more than I thought was possible. Bob was a true gentleman who gave up his time and advice so freely to help others. He will be sadly missed.
